Well, here i start with the basic ideea of creating a community of emergency physicians who would like to post their personal thoughts on various cases i'd like to comment here.
I'm an emergency medicine resident doctor and i'd like to share thoughts and impressions with fellow residents and senior doctors from all over the world about emergency cases they were involved in.
